This photograph was captured in infrared using a standard Nikon D60 DSLR mounted on a tripod. A Hoya R72 720nm infrared filter was attached to the lens (Nikkor 18-55 VR Kit Lens). The image was exposed for 15 seconds at ISO400, f8 with a custom white balance measured on the grass minutes prior to shooting. Colors were reversed by switching the RED and BLUE Channels in Photoshop and CYAN desaturated. A crop and some fine tuning of the HUE produced the final image.
