Rainbow Lorikeets mating on a vine added to the Photo Gallery
These Rainbow Lorikeets were some of the most curious and interactive birds I've ever encountered. We were surrounded by hundreds of them. One by one they tried to make their way into our bags looking for food and picking at our heads and our ears out of plane curiosity.
I was also lucky to catch this couple mating in addition to dozens of other great images.
Although it was a cold, grey and rainy day, these birds added a dose of Sunshine to our outing.
